Our Holiday Care Promise
At The Holiday Edit, we treat your gifts as if they were our own. If, on the rare occasion, something happens to a gift while we’re wrapping, we’ll take responsibility for replacing or reimbursing it, up to $25 per item and $50 per session. Please note: we are not responsible for any damage, defects, or wear that existed prior to our arrival. For higher-value items above $200, we ask that you let us know in advance so we can determine the best way to protect them.
