Our Holiday Care Promise
At The Holiday Edit, we treat your gifts as if they were our own. When we pick up, we’ll log each item with a description and photo to document its condition at the time we receive it. This way, you have peace of mind knowing what’s in our care.
If, on the rare occasion, something happens to a gift while we’re wrapping or transporting it, we’ll take responsibility for replacing or reimbursing it, up to $150 per item and $500 per order. Please note: we are not responsible for any damage, defects, or wear that existed prior to pick-up. For higher-value items above $150, we ask that you let us know in advance so we can determine the best way to protect them.
We also carry seasonal insurance for extra peace of mind. This way you’re protected, and we’re protected too.
